Billing

Payment is to be made in advance by purchasing the product or service that you need through our secure shopping cart. Once payment is received, your purchase will be scheduled to be completed and you will receive an email to that effect. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Amazon Pay. 

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed. The terms of your payment will be based on your Payment Method and may be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer or other provider of your Payment Method. 

Auto-Renewals and Recurring Billing. The Subscription Services gives you the ability to specify how regularly you would like to order any auto-replacing products if you choose to enroll in subscription services. You can opt out by contacting us at hello@olliebelle.com at any time or use the link provided at the time of sign-up. Subscription Service, which can be done via accepted payment methods, will be automatically extended for successive renewal periods of the same duration as the subscription term you originally selected, at the then-current non-promotional rate unless canceled. To change or cancel your Subscription Services at any time, go to your account settings or email hello@olliebelle.com. If you terminate a Subscription Service, your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current subscription term expires. 

We use a third-party payment processor (our "Payment Processor") to bill you through a payment account linked to your Account on the Services (your "Billing Account") for purchases. Processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of our Payment Processor in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for errors by the Payment Processor. By ordering Ollie Belle products and services, you agree to pay us, through our Payment Processor, all charges at the prices then in effect, in accordance with the applicable payment terms, and you authorize us, through our Payment Processor, to charge your chosen payment provider (your "Payment Method"). You agree to make payment using that Payment Method. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment. All payments are secure, SSL-protected, with a valid SSL certificate through a secure server.
