1. Popular treatment for eyes is cucumber slices. It not only helps redce dark circles but also keeps the skin around the eyes looking fresh. Peel and slice those cucumbers and place them over your eyes for 20 minutes. Cucumbers also hydrate the skin around your eyes.
2. Black or Green Tea Bags
Applying cold tea bags around your eyes helps sooth puffy and irritated eyes. Green and black tea contain properties that help reduce swelling and relives inflammation or redness. Refrigerate used tea bags and apply over eyes for 10 minutes.
3. Water When the body is well hydrated, there is less chance of water retention that can cause the under-eye area and body to swell. Water also helps flush toxins out of the body so make sure to get 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday.
4. Egg whites Egg white is an astringent that reduces inflammation and improves circulation, which helps puffiness.
Beat the whites from an egg until stiff.
